1win Deposit Missing for 20 Days Despite Repeated Support Requests

I made a deposit to my 1win account (1win ID: 32×××7490) on 25 April 2026 at around 05:01 PM via the PhonePe app in the amount of 50,000 Rs. The money was deducted from my PhonePe/bank account, but it was not credited to my 1win balance. The PhonePe transaction ID is T2604251701374410017649 and the UTR number is 038516870702. For the last 20 days I have been continuously contacting 1win support regarding this missing deposit. Each time they tell me that my request is being processed, then they close the chat and later ask for more proofs again, without giving any clear result or solution. This situation is causing me serious frustration, as a large amount of money is stuck without any proper update. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting the 50,000 Rs to my 1win account (1win ID: 32×××7490) or refunding the full amount back to my PhonePe/bank account linked to this transaction. I expect a clear and final response instead of repetitive requests for the same proofs so that this matter can be closed without any further delay.
