I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized FamRadar Auto-Renewal Charge

On 26/05/2026 at 03:42:08, an amount of 49.99 USD was withdrawn from my Mastercard for an unwanted automatic renewal by FamRadar. I did not request or approve this renewal and, in fact, I am not allowed to have such withdrawals made with this Mastercard. I have never signed in or logged into any FamRadar account, and I did not make any purchase through an app store. The payment was taken directly from my bank card via an external website. After noticing the transaction, I contacted my bank, and they informed me that the withdrawal was made by the FamRadar website. Since this is an unauthorized and unwanted automatic renewal, I request a full refund of 49.99 USD and the cancellation of any current or future subscriptions or charges linked to my card.
