Stake Has Not Credited My $175 Paytm Deposit After a Successful Transaction

On 27th April, I deposited ₹15,000 to my Stake account using Paytm UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my Stake wallet and has not been refunded to me either. The transaction ID for this deposit is 301525825172, and the money is currently nowhere to be found. After noticing that the deposit was pending for a long time, I contacted both my bank/Paytm and Stake customer support. My bank/Paytm clearly informed me that the transaction was successful and that the ₹15,000 has been credited to the receiver’s account. However, when I contacted Stake support, they told me that they did not receive the deposit. I then escalated the issue with Stake support under the escalation ID wvg7BByiLZFI5VCf, but despite this escalation the problem has still not been resolved and my funds remain missing. I request that Stake urgently locate this payment and credit the full amount of ₹15,000 to my Stake wallet as soon as possible, based on the transaction ID, escalation ID and payment details above. I also expect a clear explanation of how this issue occurred and why my funds have been delayed for such a long time despite the transaction showing as successful on the Paytm/bank side.
