I Face 1win Wallet Not Credited After ₹50,000 UPI Payment via PhonePe


I made a deposit of Rs 50,000 to my 1win account via PhonePe UPI on 31st March, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The payment was successfully completed on my side and I have all the necessary proof of the transaction. I contacted 1win customer support and provided every document and screenshot they requested. Despite this, they keep delaying the process and my deposit has not been added to my account. This situation is causing me serious concern and frustration, as a large amount of money is stuck without any clear resolution or time frame. In addition, I previously tried to submit a complaint about this issue, but it was not published, which has made the process even more frustrating for me. I request that my Rs 50,000 deposit from 31st March made via PhonePe UPI be credited to my 1win account immediately, or that the amount be refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay.
