I made a payment of ₹50,000 to my 1win account via UPI on April 4, 2026, at 04:02 PM using PhonePe by scanning a QR code. Although the amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, it has still not been credited to my 1win wallet.
After noticing that the balance did not appear, I contacted 1win support. They requested my full UPI ID, but on my PhonePe app the UPI ID is partially masked, and I am unable to view or share the complete ID. Despite this limitation, I have already provided my bank account statement along with the UTR/transaction reference number, which clearly confirms that the ₹50,000 payment was successfully processed from my account.
Even after submitting these documents, the issue remains unresolved, and the funds are still missing from my wallet. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that either the ₹50,000 be credited to my 1win wallet or refunded back to my bank account immediately. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the status of this transaction and how it has been processed on their end, especially considering that I cannot access my full UPI ID in the PhonePe app.
