I made a payment for BDG Game through PhonePe, but the money has not been credited to my game account. On 10/05/2026 at around 10:45, I sent an amount of 5000 via PhonePe for in‑game use on BDG Game, yet the balance has still not appeared. The payment was successfully debited from my PhonePe account. The transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID T2605102245273282458239 and UTR number 037809896356. Since the money has left my PhonePe account but has not been added to my BDG Game balance, I am unable to use the amount I paid. I request that this payment be checked urgently, my 5000 be credited to my BDG Game account as soon as possible, or the amount be refunded to my original payment method if the credit is not possible.
