After noticing that the withdrawal was stuck, I contacted 1win customer support. They informed me that I needed to complete a verification process and sent me a verification link. I completed the verification process yesterday as requested, but even after successful verification, my withdrawal is still pending in my 1win account and has not been processed to my bank. I kindly request that my account and withdrawal be urgently reviewed, the verification be acknowledged as completed, and that the amount of 25,584 INR be credited to my bank account as soon as possible, or that I receive a clear and detailed explanation for the delay and the exact timeframe for resolution.
