1win 1200 UPI Deposit Debited But Marked Cancelled
On 11 February 2026 at around 10:29 PM, I made a deposit of 1,200 rupees to my 1win account (account ID: 345376***) using the UPI option, funded from my State Bank of India account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and the transaction appears as successful in my bank records with UTR / transaction reference number 600525744766. However, the deposit was not credited to my 1win balance and, within the 1win system, the same transaction is shown as cancelled. Although the money has been taken from my bank account, my 1win account balance has not increased and the deposit appears as cancelled on your platform. I have tried to contact 1win customer support about this issue but I have not received any reply so far, and my money is currently stuck between my bank and your platform, causing financial inconvenience. I request that my 1,200 rupees be refunded immediately to the Jammu and Kashmir Bank (JK Bank) account linked to this transaction, or that the amount be correctly credited to my 1win account without further delay. I also ask for a clear and detailed explanation of why the transaction was marked as cancelled on your side while the amount was debited from my bank. If my money is not returned or credited back into my bank account immediately, I will file a serious consumer court complaint against 1win regarding this issue.
