On 1 March, I made a UPI transfer of 300 INR from my SBI bank account to add balance to my 1win account. The transaction shows as successful from the SBI side, with reference number 606022985214, but the amount has not been credited to my 1win account. Again, on 2 March, I made another UPI transfer of 300 INR from the same SBI account for loading money to my 1win account. This transaction is also shown as successful by the bank, with reference number 398195837947, yet this second amount has also not appeared in my 1win balance. In total, 600 INR has been debited from my SBI account for 1win deposits on 1 and 2 March, but none of these deposits are visible in my 1win account, and the money has not been refunded to my bank account either. This is causing me financial inconvenience and loss of trust in the service. I request that both transactions be urgently investigated using the above reference numbers and that the total 600 INR be credited to my 1win account as quickly as possible without any further delay.
