1win Deposit Complaint
I am writing to report an unresolved problem with my 1win account balance. My 1win account ID is 302174***. On the 9th of this month, I deposited R50 into my 1win account via MasterCard using my African Bank card, but the money has still not been added to my 1win account balance. I am based in South Africa, and the amount was successfully debited from my African Bank account, yet my 1win balance has not been updated. In addition to this, on the 15th of this month I made another R50 deposit using 1Voucher, which also has not reflected in my 1win balance. For both of these deposits, the funds left my accounts, but they were never credited to my 1win account. I contacted 1win customer support on the same days as each deposit and have continued to contact them up to today, but I have not received any useful or satisfactory response, and no solution has been provided. I was not given any reference number or ticket ID for my complaints, and my previous complaint about the missing R50 deposit from 1Voucher was also left unresolved. I request that my missing R50 deposit made via MasterCard and my R50 deposit made via 1Voucher be immediately credited to my 1win account balance or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my African Bank account. I also expect a clear and prompt explanation of why these problems occurred and why my earlier complaint was not properly addressed.
