Complaint About Deposit Not Appearing On My 1win Balance

I am writing regarding a deposit problem I experienced on 1win. I made a single deposit using my bank card from South Africa, but although the money was deducted from my bank account, it has not been added to my 1win balance. It has been about 15 minutes since the transaction and the funds are still missing. I contacted your customer support and was only told that I should wait, but I am concerned because the money has already left my bank account and there is no reflection on my 1win account. I do not have a transaction or reference ID from 1win, but the deduction is clearly visible in my bank account. I request that my deposit be located and credited to my 1win balance as soon as possible, or that the amount be refunded back to my bank card if it cannot be processed.
