I am experiencing a problem with my 1Win account balance related to depositing via 1Voucher. Today, I attempted to load a 1Voucher of R50 onto my 1Win account, and every time I tried to use the voucher, it was cancelled and the money did not appear in my 1Win balance. This is my first time trying to deposit on 1Win using 1Voucher, and due to these repeated cancellations, I have effectively lost R50. I have not yet contacted customer support for either 1Win or 1Voucher, as I expect this issue to be traceable through their systems.
