1win Missing UPI Deposit Despite Successful Bank Payment

On 31st January 2026, I made two separate UPI payments of 800 INR each from India to my 1win account. The first payment was successfully credited, but the second payment was debited from my bank account and has still not been credited to my 1win balance. This second payment does not even appear in my 1win transaction history, even though the amount was taken from my bank. I have the UTR numbers for both payments as well as screenshots showing that the second payment was completed from my bank side. I made the second 800 INR UPI deposit at around 10:07, and I have been waiting for a response from 1win support for about one day, but I have not received any reply or solution so far. I request that my missing 800 INR deposit either be immediately credited to my 1win account or refunded to my UPI account, and that I also receive a clear explanation of why this transaction is not reflected in my 1win account or transaction history despite being debited from my bank.

That is not the case. I have not received the money, and I have provided enough proof. There is no transaction history for the missing 800 rupees. I paid 800 twice but only received it once.

I have sent screenshots of both payments, so this is clearly an issue from your website. I tried contacting online chat support, but it was useless. They keep saying the amount has been deposited, but it hasn’t. Why can’t you simply check my account and see that I made two payments, but only one was credited, as shown in the transaction history? I have already provided proof of both payments. If you cannot identify the issue on your website, then just refund the amount or credit it to my account. That’s all I’m asking. I even received a call from 1win regarding a bonus, and I explained the situation. The representative said that sometimes the system has bugs and suggested I use crypto. He also told me I would receive an update within two days, but I have received nothing so far. What kind of service is this?
