I have been using my 1win account registered with the email address oluwamik***@gmail.com from Nigeria for several weeks, and my current account balance is $816. When I decided to withdraw my funds, I followed all platform requirements and completed the account verification process, which was approved by your team today. Immediately after the verification was approved, I attempted to withdraw my balance using USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. However, as soon as I tried to make the withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked and I received a message stating that the user has been blocked. I was not given any warning, explanation, or reason for this action, even though I fully complied with all verification and platform rules. At this moment, I cannot access my account or withdraw my funds, which is extremely concerning and frustrating. I respectfully request that my account be urgently reviewed, unblocked, and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance of $816 without further delay, or that a clear, detailed, and justified explanation be provided if there is any issue on your side.

I am writing regarding an unresolved problem I am experiencing with my 1Win sports betting account, which has been blocked and inaccessible since 27/01/2026. The email linked to my account is oluwamik***@gmail.com, and I have funds in the account that I cannot access. After my account was blocked, I contacted the 1Win Security Team to request account recovery and to obtain my Gaming ID, since I cannot see it without being able to log in. It has now been more than five days, and despite my attempts, I have not received any response from them via email or any other support channel. My balance of approximately 816 USD remains locked in the account, and I am unable to manage or withdraw it in any way, which is creating serious concern for me. I kindly request that 1Win review my case urgently, respond to my account recovery request, provide my Gaming ID and allow me to complete any required verification so that access to my account and funds can be restored. I am ready to submit all necessary documents for identity and account verification; I only ask for a clear response and a fair resolution of this issue.

Hello, Thank you for forwarding my complaint. 1Win has replied stating that my account was blocked under clause 12.8 of their Terms and Conditions and advised me to contact their security service. I have now sent an email to 1Win Security requesting a detailed explanation and a review of my blocked account, as well as my Gaming ID. I kindly ask that this complaint remains open and monitored until 1Win provides a proper response and resolves my issue

After completing the requested verification, my account was restricted without any clear explanation of a specific rule violation or supporting evidence. I have been actively playing on my account for many weeks, winning and successfully withdrawing funds during that time, and this restriction occurred suddenly without any clear explanation of a specific rule violation or supporting evidence. I have contacted the Security department through the official channel as advised, but I have not received any detailed explanation or response to date. As a customer of 1Win, I am requesting transparency regarding the alleged breach, including the specific rule violated and the basis for the decision, especially since my deposited funds are involved. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any additional information required. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed again or escalated so that a clear and fair explanation can be provided.
