1win Account Blocked After Making Withdrawal Request!

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my 1win account, which was blocked right after I requested a withdrawal. I am from India and use 1win with the account ID 366695***. On the previous day at around 3:00 p.m., I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of ₹37,000, and after approximately one day, in the afternoon of the next day, I discovered that my account had been blocked. When I contacted your customer support, I was informed that my account was blocked for allegedly violating clause 12.8. I strongly disagree with this, as I have not violated this clause or any rules to my knowledge. The timing of the block, which occurred only after I made the withdrawal request, makes the situation even more concerning, especially since my ₹37,000 withdrawal has not been credited. My clear expectation is that my ₹37,000 withdrawal should be approved and credited to me as soon as possible, since the account was blocked only after the withdrawal request and after one full day had passed. I kindly request a prompt review of my case, the lifting of any unjustified restrictions, and the processing of my withdrawal without further delay.
