Samsung's Customer Service Has Been Disappointing Over the Past Months

I've been dealing with a minor issue with my Samsung dishwasher for nearly two months, and they still haven't provided a solution. The lid lock is broken, and despite numerous attempts, it has not been repaired. They previously stated that they would replace the machine, but now claim that it is out of stock. It's been frustrating to witness Samsung's indifference and lack of assistance throughout this ordeal. I can't believe a company the size of Samsung is failing to address such a simple issue so quickly. Their indifference to customer issues is disheartening. I urgently request that they resolve my issue and provide a suitable solution. I've never had such bad customer service from a company of this caliber before.
