I Face “Access Denied” Error in Truck Simulator Account on Android
I play Truck Simulator on my Android device, and for the past 20 days I have been unable to access my account. Every time I try to log in, I receive the message: “Access denied, currently under testing”, and the verification process never completes. To solve this issue on my own, I even tried deleting and reinstalling the application, but the problem persists.
What makes the situation worse is that I have spent around ₺700 on in-game purchases with this account, and now I cannot use any of the content I paid for. My registered email address is h***********@gmail.com**. Up until now, I have not been able to contact customer service, but this issue has caused serious frustration and financial loss for me as a long-time player.
I request that my account be reactivated immediately and that all of my paid in-game purchases be restored without causing further inconvenience. I expect a prompt resolution and official communication from the support team so I can continue playing the game normally.
