I Face Unfair Ban on Zula Until 2073 Despite Not Playing the Game

I started playing Zula in 2018 and had to quit the game toward the end of 2022. Recently, when I reinstalled the game and tried to log in, I was shocked to see that my account was banned until 20.10.2073. The reason stated was "cheating," but this is completely unfair because I was not even playing the game during that period. How could I possibly use cheats in a game I was not active in?
