I have been playing the Zula game since opening my account on 22.03.2017. I chose to support and play this game because it is a Turkish-made title, and over the years, I have spent significant amounts through in-game purchases. However, for the past two months, my account has been unfairly banned multiple times for allegedly using cheats that I have never installed or used. Today, I was warned that if they detect another instance of cheating on my account, they will permanently ban me. I am deeply frustrated because I have never engaged in cheating, and I cannot understand why these false accusations keep targeting my account.
Recently, I even received a one-day ban, and when I asked for the reason, the support team gave vague and repetitive answers without explaining the actual cause. This lack of transparency and accountability from Zula Türkiye is deeply disappointing, especially for a loyal player who has invested both time and money into the game.
I am requesting a full investigation into my account to clear my name and prevent further unjust bans. If my account continues to be banned despite not using cheats, I demand a full refund of all the money I have spent on the game. No honest player deserves to be treated this way. I call on Zula Türkiye to respect its players and solve this issue fairly and urgently.
