Zula Banned My Account, Lowered My Level, and Wiped My Inventory Without Proof

I have been playing Zula on PC through Steam for years, and it is almost the only game I play. On December 10, 2025, at 4:28 PM, I logged into the game, made several in-game purchases, and completed missing items in my inventory. However, as soon as I entered a match, my account received a one-day ban.

I immediately contacted the support team and explained that this penalty was completely unfair. I stated that I have video recordings and screenshots, that all game files were verified through Steam, and that the game was fully up to date. Despite this, I was told that cheats were detected, without any proper review, and my request for a one-on-one meeting was rejected.

When the ban period ended on December 11, 2025, at 5:05 PM, I logged back into the game and discovered that my account level had been reduced and my entire inventory had been wiped. Since the game was first released, I have never used cheats. On the contrary, I have actively reported cheaters and invested years of effort into this game. I have also spent a significant amount of money on my account and have evidence documenting everything from start to finish, yet I have been punished unfairly.

My in-game name is #Abyss^. In my most recent appeal on December 11, 2025, at 5:55 PM, I only received a generic response stating that my objection had been reviewed and rejected, without any clear or concrete explanation. If I had actually used cheats, I would not be submitting repeated support tickets or pushing this issue so persistently. Despite this, I continue to receive the same standard replies without real consideration.

Because my account has been unfairly penalized, I request that this ban record be completely removed from my account history, my level restored to its previous state, and my entire inventory returned in full without any losses. I also request that the necessary steps be taken to compensate for the damage caused by this process. Additionally, I ask for direct contact with an authorized representative so I can clearly explain the situation in detail and ensure that this type of issue does not happen again. Otherwise, failing to correct this injustice will cause the game to lose loyal players.
