Ziraat Bank Refund Dispute Complaint

I purchased a ticket from Obilet with my Ziraat card, but the system canceled it. When I contacted Obilet, they informed me that my money had been restored to my bank. However, when I contacted my bank, they stated that the money had not been deposited and that Obilet was responsible. I contacted Obilet again, and they supplied me with a receipt indicating that the funds were transferred to my bank on April 17, 2024, approximately one month ago. I am now abroad and unable to call the bank, but I need this fixed as quickly as possible and the funds transferred to my account.



Any updates please ? I am on the same situation
