Metro Bus Company Charged for Tickets I Never Received
I attempted to purchase tickets through Obilet. After speaking with Metro customer service, I was assured tickets were available for June 15th, Saturday, and tried to book online. During the transaction, an error occurred, and ₺1300 was debited from my card. Upon contacting Obilet, I was informed the route was mistakenly listed, now unavailable, and canceled. They said I must wait for a refund, but after 3 days, I've received nothing. Yesterday, I tried again to buy a ticket, faced the same error, and another ₺1300 was deducted. That's ₺2600 in total with no tickets bought. I urgently demand a refund.
