Trip.com Flight Refund Delayed Despite Repeated Complaints
I booked a flight ticket through Trip.com on November 20 and canceled the reservation just a few minutes later. On the same day, Trip.com promptly processed the refund, but Ziraat Bank has yet to credit the amount to my account.
I’ve contacted Ziraat Bank multiple times to address this issue, but despite my repeated complaints, the refund has not been resolved. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such delays, especially when the refund was processed weeks ago. I expect Ziraat Bank to act quickly and ensure the refund is credited to my account immediately. Please address this issue urgently, as the delay is unacceptable.
