My Account is Closed, Ziraat Bank is Not Offering A Way To Reopen It
My account was closed 3 months ago and the problem has not been solved yet and I don't understand what they want. I went to my branch and they said you cannot use the application. I asked about their solution and they said there was no solution. I sent an e-mail to them and they said that the review process regarding your notification is ongoing and that you will be informed when it is finalized. Keep in mind that I need my account to pay bills and university fees as I am a graduate student in engineering, and if even a matter related to account transactions takes so long, what if we need help with something else? Let's say I have a big investment deal, would I trust your professionalism after this time? Never.
