Binance Account Closed - No Access To Funds And Asked To Deposit More
For a long time I have been experiencing a very serious problem with my Binance account. My account has been closed for about 6–7 months without any justification, and I cannot log in to my account at all. Because of this situation, I cannot access or withdraw the money in my account. During this period, I have repeatedly encountered the statement that I should “keep depositing money so that I can withdraw the money in my account”. Although my account is already closed and I cannot log in properly, such a request is clearly illogical and makes me feel unsafe. In addition, I cannot get any real support from Binance; I am not given any clear information or assistance about why my account is closed or how I can access my money. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be informed in writing why my account was closed, and that all the funds in my Binance account be made available for withdrawal without imposing any additional money deposit condition.
