Zimmermann Refused to Adjust The Price on My Blouse Right Before Their Big Sale

I recently bought a blouse on Zimmermann's website, and two days later they started a major sale and dropped the price by more than $200! Since my order had not yet arrived, I naturally contacted customer support to see whether they could change the pricing. I couldn believe the nasty and contemptuous answer I received. In a dismissive manner, the agent informed me they "don't adjust prices" and said I should have "waited for the sale." As a consumer, I felt totally ignored. I called off my order right away and bought the same blouse for less. Zimmermann's lack of customer service has caused me to give ever shopping there another serious thought.
