Zepeto banned my account for no reason, how can I recover it or appeal?

If Zepeto banned your account without a clear reason;

• Contact Zepeto support via the Help Center or in-app support and explain that your account was banned without explanation
• Provide your username, registered email, ban date, device/region, and screenshots of the ban notice if shown

Ask them to;

• Explain which rule or policy your account allegedly violated
• Review your account activity and history
• Restore your account or guide you through the official appeal process

If the problem persists;

• Keep all emails, appeal submissions, and screenshots and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a fair review, transparency, and account recovery
