ZEPETO Account Disabled Falsly And Unfairly

My ZEPETO account was suddenly suspended and disabled today without any valid reason, and since then, I have been completely blocked from logging in. I have not received any email or in‑app notification from ZEPETO explaining why my account was suspended or banned, so I have no information about the alleged violation. After noticing that my access was blocked, I tried to contact ZEPETO support. I was not able to reach support through the in‑app options or by email, so I went to the main ZEPETO website and submitted a support request there to report that my account was falsely disabled. I respectfully request that my account suspension be lifted immediately and that my account be fully restored. In addition, I would like the decision to be reviewed and a clear explanation provided regarding the reason for the suspension, as I believe this action was taken in error.
