ZEPETO Device Restriction Appeal

I have been facing a serious problem with my Zepeto account access and device restriction and I am asking for an urgent review and solution. Today at around 6 p.m. (Jakarta time), I was using Zepeto with my alternate account to roleplay as usual. Suddenly, the app forced a logout by itself. After that, I was no longer able to log in to any of my accounts or create a new one. Instead, I received a notice saying that my account has been disabled and that my device is restricted or disabled from creating new accounts. I want to clearly state that I did not use any mods, VPNs or any other illegal tools, and I did not do anything bad or harmful in the app. I use several accounts because I enjoy roleplaying, and I believe this should not be a reason to completely restrict my device and block all my accounts. Right now, I cannot access my main accounts @chloriszeleyvnova, @crubyssant and @gerhardfreidl, and I also cannot access my alternate/roleplay accounts such as @rubyterjamet, @aizensousuke, @evatrisuryana, @ivymitsuki, @peterfacinelli, @ivalynnherbescaa, @ivalynnheinverst, @nathaliesancouer_, @samstardewvalley, @elliotstardewvalley, @yudaikumane, @hisokamorrow, @astarion, @vergilsparda and several others. My little sister’s main account is also affected by this situation, which makes this even more upsetting for us. I have already contacted Zepeto support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I feel very disappointed and worried because I have invested a lot of time and emotion into these accounts and into roleplaying on your platform. I kindly request that you urgently review my case, remove the device restriction, and restore access to my main and alternate accounts, including my little sister’s account. If there was any specific reason or misunderstanding that led to this restriction, I also ask you to clearly explain it to me so that I can avoid any future problems. I simply want to be able to use Zepeto normally again.
