I am writing regarding the permanent ban placed on my Zepeto account on the iOS app in the United States, with the stated reason that my World room title violated the Zepeto Community Guidelines under “Nudity and sexual content.” The notification I received said: “Your World room title violates ZEPETO Community Guidelines. Reason: Nudity and sexual content” with the restriction posted on 05.18.2026 at 03:42. I did not receive any prior warning or temporary restriction before my account was permanently banned. The World room title I had used at the time was “Femboy looking for a Daddy,” which I later changed. I understand and respect that Zepeto needs to maintain a safe environment and has rules regarding sexual content. However, I believe that a permanent ban without any warning, and only based on this room title, is extremely harsh, especially since I modified the title afterward. I also did not receive any clear, specific explanation about how exactly this phrase meets the definition of “nudity and sexual content” in your guidelines. After the restriction, I followed the instructions in the app and submitted an appeal through the official appeal process, but it was rejected. I then contacted Zepeto support and received a generic, AI-generated answer explaining how restrictions and appeals generally work, without any concrete clarification about my own case. I still do not understand why this resulted in a permanent ban instead of a warning or a temporary restriction, or what exactly in the title is considered a violation so serious that it justifies losing my account. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again by a human staff member and that the permanent ban be lifted, or at least re-evaluated in a fair and reasonable way. I would also like to receive a clear, case-specific explanation of how my World room title falls under “Nudity and sexual content” in your Community Guidelines, so that I can fully understand the issue and avoid any similar problems in the future. I am willing to follow all rules and adjust my behavior and content as needed, but I find the current permanent ban and the lack of detailed explanation very unfair and discouraging. Especially since I invested a lot of money and time into this app. I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision, restore my account if possible, and provide transparent information about this restriction so that I can continue using Zepeto in compliance with your guidelines.
