Zepeto Permanently Bans Account Over Harmless Swimsuit Prank Between Friends

My Zepeto account under the username ~tuna~ was permanently banned despite me having zero bad intentions. I believe my account was closed simply because I wore a swimsuit as a joke with a friend. I did not engage in any profanity, insults, harassment, or rule violations.

I have spent approximately $174 on this account to date and have invested a lot of time into it over the years. I have been unable to access my account for about 5 months, which has caused me both financial and emotional distress. I filed an appeal through the app, but I received no response whatsoever.

I feel that a permanent ban is an excessively harsh punishment, given that I committed no serious rule violations and was merely joking around with friends. I demand that my account be reviewed, that the permanent ban be lifted, and that my profile be fully restored.
