Please Give Back My Zepeto Account

I am a user of the Zepeto application and my account was recently banned without a clear and valid reason. The only thing I shared was a simple photo, and I believe my account was banned by mistake. After my account was banned, I contacted Zepeto support via email to get information and to request that my account be reviewed and restored. However, I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my Zepeto account be given back to me, that the ban be lifted, and that any restrictions on my account be removed. I would also like to be informed clearly about the reason for the ban, if there is one.
