I made an in-game purchase on ZEPETO using the account with the username ize_wiiiii and paid for a floor item. However, shortly after the purchase, my account was permanently suspended, and I was not given a clear explanation about the reason for the suspension.
I do not believe that I violated any rules. As a result, I can no longer access my account or use the items I paid for, which has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that my account be reviewed, and if it was suspended unfairly, that it be reinstated so I can access my account again and use the in-game items I purchased without any issues.
