Please Unban My Zepeto Account

My Zepeto account with the ID 48X*** on Android has been permanently banned on 06/09/2026 for “nudity and sexual content.” I have been using this account for approximately over 5 years, and during this entire time I have tried to follow the rules, so I do not accept this decision and I believe there has been a mistake or a misunderstanding regarding my activities on the platform. After the ban, I submitted an appeal through your support channels, but I received a response that my account is permanently banned and the appeal has been rejected. I was not provided with a clear explanation, detailed evidence, or specific examples of which content or actions allegedly violated the rules. I kindly request that my account be re-evaluated carefully and that the permanent ban on my Zepeto account be lifted. If there was any unintentional violation on my side, I would like to be informed specifically about it so that I can avoid such issues in the future. I expect my account to be unbanned or, at the very least, that my case is reviewed once again in detail.
