ZEPETO Account Banned Due To Scam
My ZEPETO account was permanently banned on 02/21/2026 after being flagged for unusual purchase activity and categorized under scams or fraud. I want to clearly express that I did not engage in impersonation, fraud, manipulation, or any intentional violation of ZEPETO’s Community Guidelines. The purchase activity that appears to have triggered this situation is related to Apple-processed refunds, and at no point did I attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the refund system. If my refund history has activated an automated fraud detection system, I kindly request that my case be manually reviewed in detail and evaluated with full context. I am fully willing to provide transaction records, Apple confirmation emails, and any other documentation needed to clarify what happened and to show that there was no fraudulent intent on my part. This account is very important to me, and I genuinely value being part of the ZEPETO community. Despite contacting support multiple times, I have only received the same automated response, without any indication that my individual case has been properly reviewed. I respectfully request that the permanent ban and fraud flag on my account be reconsidered and lifted after a careful manual review of my purchase and refund records, so that I can continue using my account in good faith.
