ZEPETO Account Permanently Banned For Nudity By Mistake

I am writing regarding the permanent ban of my ZEPETO account with the username “Defnotlayla2***” which was banned on March 7th, 2026 for alleged sexual and nudity content. I was extremely surprised and upset to see that my account had been banned, because I did not knowingly share or intend to share any such content. The inappropriate video that caused this issue was posted by my sister, who accessed my phone without my knowledge or permission. I was not aware that this content had been uploaded to my ZEPETO account until I saw that my account was permanently banned. As soon as I understood what had happened, I submitted both a request and an appeal to explain the situation, but unfortunately both were rejected and my account remains permanently banned. I understand and respect ZEPETO’s community guidelines and the importance of protecting users from inappropriate content. However, in this case, the violation did not reflect my usual behavior or intent, and it happened without my consent. I would never knowingly post sexual or nudity content, and I am ready to immediately delete the video and ensure that such a situation does not occur again. I kindly request that you review my case once more, taking into account that the content was posted without my knowledge, and fully lift the permanent ban on my account. I wish to have my account restored so that I can delete the inappropriate post myself and continue creating appropriate content for everyone in line with your rules.
