ZEPETO Device and Account Banned – Request Ban Review and Recovery
Hello ZEPETO team, I kindly request a new review of my case. I was using my account normally and did not do anything that violates the rules. In fact, I spent about three months without playing and only returned to the game around a week ago. During this period, I was just playing normally when, all of a sudden, I received the information that my account had been permanently banned for nudity and sexual content. In the past, my account had received some temporary bans and I tried to submit appeals, but they were always rejected. This time, however, the situation is different. My Samsung A15 device itself appears to have been banned, and because of that I cannot access any account on this phone, including my main one. The message I receive indicates that the block is related to the device, and not only to the account. I kindly ask you to review my case and analyze my account again. This account is very important to me, it has around 40,000 followers and represents all the time and effort I have invested in the game. I do not understand what specific action would justify a permanent device and account ban, especially after a long period of inactivity and only normal gameplay during the last week.
