I am writing regarding my Zepeto account with the username “og.nj.hehe,” which is linked to the email address 00000***@gmail.com. On April 6, 2026, while I was simply finishing a conversation and sending a goodnight message, I was suddenly logged out and informed that my account had been banned for “sexual and nudity” reasons. At no point did I send any images, emojis, poses, or inappropriate content that could justify such a ban. I believe I was wrongly accused and likely falsely reported, and the reason given does not reflect what actually happened in the chat. I have already submitted an appeal to Zepeto support and clearly explained that I did not engage in any behavior related to sexual content or nudity. My appeal was rejected and the ban was upheld, even though I was not given any concrete evidence or specific message that would justify this decision, which I find very unfair and upsetting. I am now requesting a second, thorough review of my case, including the chat logs from the relevant conversation on April 6, 2026, by a different staff member if possible. I kindly ask that this unjust ban be lifted, my access to the account restored, and any record of this violation removed from my profile, as I have not knowingly violated your rules.
