Zara Unresponsive Customer Service for My Recent Purchase
On May 13, 2024, I made a purchase of ₺9,045.00 at the Zara Emaar store. I purchased four shirts, only trying on one, assuming that the sizes would remain consistent. How could I have known that your sizes wouldn't match? Not long after, I tragically lost my father. Out of the shirts I tried on, three fit me perfectly. However, when I decided to wear the fourth one on May 27, 2024, it didn't fit like the others did.
I contacted the Zara Emaar store to explain my situation, but the person on the phone quickly dismissed me without seeking further assistance, simply stating, "No exchanges, ma’am," and abruptly ending the call. As a devoted customer who has made substantial purchases, I am extremely let down. If I don't get a reply, I'll take my complaint to the proper authorities.
