My Zara Order Never Arrived Despite Multiple Attempts

On June 10, 2024, I ordered five pieces for Bayram through Zara's app. The package was shipped on June 14, 2024, but never arrived. Despite speaking with Hepsijet and Zara customer service 5-6 times, I haven't received any results (I was told the relevant department would contact me within 48 hours, but no one did). I requested Zara's WhatsApp support team to resend the same items on July 1, 2024, but after 28 days, I still haven't received anything. Customer service representatives say they lack the authority to help me. I will be traveling soon, and my order still shows as processing. I love wearing Zara products and am posting this complaint urgently to seek a resolution. I need the items delivered before July 11, 2024. Thank you for your attention.
