I Face Order Cancellation and Poor Support on Zara Online

I placed an order through Zara's online app, paying ₺[amount]. Despite waiting several days for shipment, my order was unexpectedly canceled today without any prior notification. When I contacted customer service, an employee named Elmas dismissed my concerns, simply stating, “There is nothing we can do,” and abruptly ended the chat. Since then, I have been unable to reach support again.
This experience left me both financially and emotionally frustrated. I had planned my purchases based on this order, and the cancellation caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expect Zara, as a reputable brand, to take accountability for this situation.
I explicitly request a full explanation for the cancellation, appropriate action against the disrespectful support conduct, and the immediate fulfillment of my order or a complete refund.
