Zara Black Pants Faded After Three Washes
On 06.11.2023, I purchased a black pair of pants from Zara at Samsun Piazza Avm. Shockingly, after just three washes, the pants faded to a shade of white. Seeking resolution, on 22.05.2024, I returned to the same store to explain my problem and request a refund. E***, the responsible staff member, initially agreed to process my refund. However, as I didn't have the card used for the purchase with me, the refund couldn't be completed that day. Upon returning on 27.06.2024, she denied ever agreeing to the refund and refused to process it. I utterly reject this disrespectful treatment. I demand a review of your security camera footage. I will not rest until this matter is resolved.
