Zara Sending Bags With Flaws




I recently purchased something from Zara. Both of the bags I purchased had flaws when they arrived. I inquired via the Zara Whatsapp communication service whether we could replace the products with new ones. They told me at first that they couldn't do it because it was an online purchase, but then they said they could and asked for my order number. But they were out of stock at the time, so they said you could return it if you wanted, but they didn't even apologize for sending me bags with flaws on them. And today I noticed there was a stock, but in order to replace it, I had to contact Zara customer service again, and while I was doing so, it sold out again. It was not my fault that I received defective products; I apologize but I cannot accept this. I'd like Zara to help me resolve this situation in some way. Note: I do not want to return my bad; I simply want to receive the same bag that I ordered, with no flaws. This is my legal right.
