Zara Won’t Give Me a New Return Code After Courier Didn't Process My Package

I requested a return code even though I never wore the products I bought from the Zara store. I dropped off the package at the courier branch, but they couldn’t process it due to a power outage. Since the return was not processed, my return period has now expired. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, customer service has been unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility. They refused to provide a new code, leaving me at a loss. This is entirely due to circumstances beyond my control, yet I am the one facing the consequences. I want them to issue a new return code and process my return.
