Zara Denied Refund Due to Incorrect Return Label

I recently returned a product to Zara with the wrong shipping code, and now the company claims the package was sent back empty and has refused to process my refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Zara’s returns – they previously lost my package at their warehouse and didn’t issue a refund for that either. For such a large company, it’s surprising that they would deny a refund over this. I expect Zara to resolve this issue and refund my payment promptly, as this level of service is unacceptable.
