I Face Zara Return Code Expiry and Cannot Complete Product Return

I purchased a product from Zara, but unfortunately, I was unable to return it on time despite initiating the return process. I generated a return code within the 30-day return window, but due to personal reasons, I could not drop off the package at the shipping carrier within one week. Now, the return code has expired, and I am unable to create a new one, even though the 30-day return period has not yet passed.
I reached out to Zara customer service multiple times to explain the situation, but I have not received any meaningful support or solutions. This has caused me both financial inconvenience and emotional frustration, as I simply want to return the product within the legal timeframe.
I kindly request Zara to reactivate my return process or provide me with a new valid return code so that I can complete the return as per the initial terms of sale.
