I recently purchased items from Zara and decided to return them. While the return period is 30 days, I was shocked to learn that the return code is only valid for 10 days. This is completely unreasonable.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to the courier within the 10-day window, and now the return code has expired. I’ve tried to request a new code but found no option to do so. This policy makes it incredibly difficult for customers to complete returns, especially with such a short timeframe for the code.
I need assistance in obtaining a new return code immediately. Zara must reconsider this restrictive policy and make the return process more customer-friendly.
