Zara Sent Wrong Product, Left Me Waiting, Frustrated Return Process

On March 15, I ordered sneakers from the Zara Online store. When I received notification that you could receive your order on March 16, I went to the Akasya store, but they told me to either return or create a new order because the wrong product was sent. When I told them that it was their fault and that they should at least send the product by cargo the next day, they said that the process could be extended until March 23, because it was a popular product and the preparation process could take a long time. Your product may have been sold to someone else. As a result, your product may not be in their possession until it is returned. While I was thinking that Zara would not do this either, it would at least send it with fast shipping right away... While they should blame their own mistakes on people and provide support to the customer who came to the store with at least fast shipping... I created a return, and I hope they can return it on time.
