Today I made a transfer of ₹300 through Navi UPI to add balance to my Parimatch account. The transaction was made to the UPI ID/account linked as 001172759626, in the name of Ranjeet H***. The amount has been deducted from my side, but it is still not showing in my Parimatch account balance. Since the money has been debited but the balance has not been credited to my Parimatch account, I am facing inconvenience and uncertainty about where my ₹300 has gone. I have not yet been able to get any support response, and I would like this issue to be checked urgently. I kindly request that my ₹300 be properly added to my Parimatch account balance as intended, or that the necessary correction be made so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed credit.
