Free Fire Account Banned Without Reason

I am an Indian Free Fire player and my in‑game name is KAMUTOKE, with UID 995647685. About one year ago, my Free Fire ID was suddenly banned and since then I have not been able to access my account. When I try to log in, I do not see any clear explanation or specific reason for the ban. My account was suspended without any understandable notice, and I do not know under which rule or policy this action was taken. I had also spent money and made top‑ups on this account, so I have lost both my progress and the purchases linked to this ID. I was not able to reach Free Fire / Garena support properly and could not get a clear answer about the ban. Therefore, I am writing this complaint so that my situation can be evaluated seriously. I request that my Free Fire ID KAMUTOKE (UID 995647685) be checked in detail and that the ban be removed if there is no solid evidence of any violation. If unbanning is not possible, I at least expect a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason and rule behind this ban, as well as a fair consideration of the purchases I have made on this account.
